Returning empty cylinders and/or bundles

The process for returning empty cylinders and/or bundles is very simple. Two different situations are explained below.

Would you like to order full cylinders and return empty cylinders?

If you want to order new cylinders or bundles and also have empty cylinders and/or bundles collected, you can follow these steps:

1. First add the full cylinders to your shopping cart
2. Go to your shopping cart.
3. Scroll down and enter the number per cylinder size.
4. Click 'Add to cart' to add the cylinders.
5. Scroll up and click on 'Go to order'
6. Complete the ordering process as usual.

Would you like to return empty cylinders and/or bundles only?

If you do not want to order new cylinders and/or bundles, but only return empty cylinders and/or bundles, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your shopping cart.
2. Scroll down and enter the number per cylinder size.
3. Click 'Add to cart' to add the cylinders.
4. Scroll up and click on 'Go to order'
5. Complete the ordering process as usual.

IMPORTANT: Please note that empties in the shopping basket will be displayed at €0.00. A calculation based on your personal conditions and the calculation of the necessary transport costs will only be made afterwards.
