How does the CarbonCure technology work?

The carbon dioxide (CO2) obtained as a by-product from industrial waste gas streams is accurately added to the mixture during concrete production. There it is chemically absorbed in the form of a nano-mineral, which leads to an increase in the compressive strength of the concrete. This makes it possible to reduce the amount of cement in the concrete. Other properties of the concrete, such as pH or durability, are not affected. In this way, not only can production efficiency be increased, but also the CO2 balance of the concrete can be improved.
