Cryomove
Linde Gas Cryoservices' service for the professional movement of frozen biological material at the correct temperatures within the Benelux. With this service, the material is expertly transported between the Linde Gas Cryobank and your or a third-party location. The use of forms for notification, retrieval, registration and receipt of the materials ensures proper track and trace of the material. For small numbers of samples to be transported at cryogenic temperatures, dry shippers with a cap with built-in data logger are commonly used. You can also rent these from us if you want to arrange the transport yourself.
If larger numbers of samples are involved, we use a biological storage container that can hold up to 9,000 2ml ampules. During transport, an external logger continuously logs the temperature in the vessel and provides you with a report afterwards. If desired, a backup nitrogen pressure vessel can accompany the transport to provide nitrogen to the storage vessel. If it involves samples that need to be transported at -80˚C, we will provide transport on dry ice with all associated forms. Removal of your vessels from location A to B and relocation of electronic freezers also fall under this service.
Lab2Lab
Lab2Lab is one of the one-stop-shopping concepts around ICEBITZZZ®. This concept allows you to ship your samples on dry ice from your location to another with an email.
We provide:
- The necessary packaging
- The delivery of dry ice
- The correct shipping papers
- The collection of your samples with collegiate destination in the Netherlands or one of the European countries
You choose the most suitable type of packaging for your shipment. Pay attention to the nature and size of the material, the destination and the expected transport time.
IQOQ and validation
IQOQ installation and validation of cryogenic equipment
Validation is a common term within the pharmaceutical industry. Laboratories are required to validate equipment through certain protocols to demonstrate that the equipment meets required specifications.
Linde Gas Cryoservices has established an IQOQ protocol for its equipment to perform Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification in accordance with these procedures. This IQOQ installation can be expanded with customer-specific requirements, such as extended temp-mapping. Naturally, the IQOQ is completed with the transmission of a comprehensive report.
Project supervision and engineering
Linde can help you tailor your cryogenic application
A project can vary from, for example, a storage tank for liquid nitrogen with a safe fill installation for the safe filling of smaller nitrogen vats, to automatically switching between two cryogenic pressure vessels with a changeover machine, to the design of a fully automated cryobank including monitoring software. For every cryogenic application we offer a listening ear and help where needed!

Maintenance and breakdowns
Staying in business. And keeping breakdowns as short as possible. That's what it's all about.
Linde has a 24/7 breakdown service for its customers. We also offer preventive maintenance on cryogenic equipment. Annual maintenance is essential to keep your equipment working optimally. Likewise, maintenance will prevent unwanted failures and extend the life of your equipment.
As part of the general 'Zorgplicht', you are required to perform periodic inspections correctly and responsibly to provide your employees with the safest possible working environment.
Hardware rental
Cryogenic equipment for temporary use through Linde's rental fleet
If you need cryogenic equipment for a temporary project or do not have an investment budget, we also offer you the option of renting equipment from us. We have a large rental fleet of nitrogen storage vessels from 10 liters to 1,000 liters. In addition to these storage vessels, we also have freezers and nitrogen freezers (storage vessels) with inventory for rent. Please note: Dryshippers can only be rented to companies, not to individuals.
